Booking

When reserving a boat or wave runner, the full rental price is due in order to reserve your unit on the requested date.

Cancellations

100% refund until 2 weeks before booking, 50% refund until one week before booking, and no refund after that point. Exception would be for weather (unable to use boat/PWC because of unsafe weather conditions on the lake) booking will be refunded at 100% or rescheduled.
